Cancellation and Missed Appointments Policy

Due to an increase in the number of missed appointments we wish to remind our valued clients that if for any reason you are unable to make your appointment that you give us at least 48 hours notice. We do understand though that this is not always possible, but please contact us as soon as possible so that we can offer your appointment time to another client.
If less than 48 hours notice is given to cancel, a charge of 50% of your service cost will be required.
Clients not showing for a pre-booked appointment without notifying us will be charged 100% of the treatment(s) cost.
